Our concept was to make miniature golf in major way, and combine it with a large  arcade housed in a 10,000 sq. ft. medieval castle. The success was phenomenal. After building several more parks in southern California as limited partners, we moved to Arizona  and developed our own Family Entertainment Centers in Phoenix and Tucson .

    W e were busy operating our parks and expanding them with go-karts, batting cages, bumper boats, and other attractions. Then Warner Brothers approached us. They  had recently bought Malibu Grand Prix, and wanted to combine our centers with some of their new raceways. In the next three years, we designed and built state of the art centers for  Warner Brothers in Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Tampa. We also trained their management and staff in operations.

    Family Entertainment Centers were becoming the new rage, and demand increased for our services to help others get into this rapidly expanding business. Since 1983, we have  designed and constructed over fifty projects for others throughout North America and Japan.

    A s one of the originators of elaborate miniature golf courses and Family Entertainment Centers, we marvel at the growth and change in the industry. In order to keep our product  new and fresh, we continually strive to update our concepts and designs.
