Elaborate Miniature
Golf
Along with the Main Recreation
Building, the Miniature Golf Course is the most important component
of the Family Recreation Center. Of all the attractions in the center,
the Miniature Golf Course appeals to the widest range of demographics
(young children to mature adults, male and female alike) and
provides the highest operating profit (60% to 75%). The Miniature Golf
Course also creates a "park atmosphere" with the lush
landscaping, elaborate water displays, decorative/mood lighting,
and "Disney" style fantasy scenes.

In addition, we believe miniature
golf is a game of skill. As a result, a strong emphasis is placed on the
design of the golf holes. Regardless of the course's beauty and appeal,
customers should feel they have received their money's worth from
the game itself. This helps attract return business and creates marketing
opportunities through tournaments, contests, prize giveaways, and other
promotions dependent on accurate "hole play".
